Personalization Policy

We love helping you add a personal touch to your favorite items! Here’s what you need to know about personalized items before placing an order.

Once you place an order for a personalized item, there’s a one-hour window to request a cancellation. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but since we start processing orders quickly, cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at Orders@creationsbylamagg.com.

Personalization takes a little extra time, depending on the size of the order, it could take up to 2-3 weeks before your order ships. Ideally, all orders should be places at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Any expedited order request will be considered on an individual basis. Please note that an expedited order will have an additional $50 rush fee. During product launches, restocks, holidays, and high-order periods, processing may take longer than 2-3 weeks for completion.

Not all products or colors are available for personalization, but we’re always working to expand options!

Since personalized items are custom-made just for you, they’re final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. You’ll be asked to review and confirm the design prior to printing and assembling. So, please double-check everything!

Personalization doesn’t come with a warranty, and over time, it may show normal wear with regular use.

By submitting custom texts and/or photos for personalization, you agree that you have the legal right to use the content provided. You confirm that the text and/or photo does not infringe on any trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, and is not offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful. Creations By LaMagg reserves the right to refuse or cancel any personalization request at its sole discretion. You assume full responsibility for any content submitted.
